摘要
我们展示了一种基于高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的宽带真空窗和红外滤波器的设计、制造与表征,用于覆盖 ALMA Band 6 和 Band 7(211-373 GHz)的毫米波接收器。该窗 incorporates 金字塔抗反射(AR)结构,直接通过 CNC 铣削加工于聚乙烯中,实现宽频范围的阻抗匹配。UHMWPE 的表面结构化方法在两个独立组件上实现:一个真空窗和一个低温红外滤波器。这种表面结构化方法提供了机械刚性、低温兼容性和低插入损耗。我们采用太赫兹时间域光谱(THz-TDS)对传输特性进行表征,结果显示在整个频段内反射率均低于 5%。补充的异构测量确认接收器噪声性能的提升。这些结果表明,三维结构化 UHMWPE 作为宽带低温光学器件的平台,为高灵敏度 THz 仪器的开发提供了广阔的前景。
