星间激光干涉测量的读出:以微弧度精度测量高频信号的低频相位波动

摘要
光学拍频信号的高精度相位读出是星间激光干涉测量所需的核心技术之一。未来的星载引力波探测器(如 eLISA)由于轨道引起的多普勒频移,需要在宽范围 MHz 频率上实现此类读出,且在 至 频率间达到 量级的精度。本文中,我们提出了能够达成此类精度的相位读出系统(即所谓相位计,phasemeters),并讨论了在模拟电路域及数字化过程中用于降低噪声的多种手段。我们还讨论了此类相位计模拟域中若干非线性噪声源的影响。最后,我们给出了在 ESA 技术开发活动范围内研制的 LISA 相位计优雅面包板模型测试期间所达成的性能。
