摘要
本文从理论上研究了阴极发射过程中电子具有速度分布函数（电子束）的平面真空二极管的电流 - 电压特性。考察了电子束在空间中的运动。得到了正确形式的电场势积分微分方程。针对发射电子速度分布的模型函数，获得了该二极管的电流 - 电压特性。
