变色龙场导论

摘要
我们综述了变色龙理论的一些性质。变色龙场与物质引力耦合，并凭借两个基本性质得以规避引力实验检验。第一个性质是变色龙质量对密度的依赖性。在多数情况下，在致密环境中，变色龙场质量足够大，从而产生短程第五种力。在其他情况下，非线性效应意味着薄壳效应的存在，该效应使致密体相互屏蔽，并导致第五种力变得微不足道。我们还提及了变色龙理论的一种自然推广如何在解决 PVLAS 与 CAST 实验的差异中发挥作用。
