摘要
利用预测自适应算术编码和最小描述长度（MDL）原理，我们推导出了一个用于模型选择问题的高效工具：RIC 信息准则。随后，我们将这些编码技术推广至分布的非参数估计，并在图像的灰度直方图上进行了演示。
