摘要
本工作描述了一种新开发的微流控装置,用于快速筛选溶解度图。在多个平行通道中,首先存储数百个纳升级别的给定溶液液滴,其溶质浓度呈梯度变化。随后,沿这些通道施加温度梯度,使我们能够直接且定量地读取相图(浓度对温度)。我们以己二酸溶液为例表明,我们可以在不到 1 小时内仅用 250 μL 溶液测量溶解度曲线上的十个点。
