频率调制傅里叶变换光谱学

摘要
本文提出了一种结合频率调制外差激光光谱学与傅里叶变换光谱学的新方法,即 FM-FTS。该方法能够同时灵敏地测量吸收谱线和色散谱线,并具备宽带光谱覆盖能力。我们在 1.5 μm 区域对 C2H2 的泛频谱进行了实验演示。
