Time at the origin of the Universe: fluctuations between two possibilities

General Relativity and Quantum Cosmology 2007-05-23 v1

Abstract

A variation of Hawking's idea about Euclidean origin of a nonsingular birth of the Universe is considered. It is assumed that near to zero moment t=0t = 0 fluctuations of a metric signature are possible.
