Abstract

Let GG be a finite group and AA be a subgroup of GG. Then AA is called a pp-CAPCAP-subgroup of GG, if AA covers or avoids every pdpd-chief factor of GG. A subgroup HH of GG is said to be an ICPCICPC-subgroup of GG, if H[H,G]HpcGH \cap [H,G] \leq H_{pcG}, where HpcGH_{pcG} is a pp-CAPCAP-subgroup of GG contained in HH. In this paper, we investigate the structure of GG under the assumption that certain subgroups are ICPCICPC-subgroups of GG, and characterization of pp-nilpotency and other results are obtained.
