Preprojective algebras and c-sortable words

Representation Theory 2014-02-26 v3

Abstract

Let QQ be an acyclic quiver and Λ\Lambda be the complete preprojective algebra of QQ over an algebraically closed field kk. To any element ww in the Coxeter group of QQ, Buan, Iyama, Reiten and Scott have introduced and studied in \cite{Bua2} a finite dimensional algebra Λw=Λ/Iw\Lambda_w=\Lambda/I_w. In this paper we look at filtrations of Λw\Lambda_w associated to any reduced expression w\mathbf{w} of ww. We are especially interested in the case where the word w\mathbf{w} is cc-sortable, where cc is a Coxeter element. In this situation, the consecutive quotients of this filtration can be related to tilting kQkQ-modules with finite torsionfree class.
