This note gives an informal overview of the proof in our paper "Borel Conjecture and Dual Borel Conjecture", see arXiv:1105.0823.
This manuscript, a revised version of arXiv:0811.3168v1, was inadvertently submitted as a separate paper. It can now be accessed, including some final corrections for the published version, as arXiv:0811.3168v2.
This review article was prepared for the Landolt-Boernstein volume on Relativisitc Heavy Ion Physics.
