Vector-like Einstein's equations for D-dimensional spherical gravity with (D-2)-dimensional sphere

Abstract
We demonstrate how the Einstein's equations for the -dimensional spherical gravity can be written in the covariant vector-like form. These equations reveal easily the causal structure of curved spherically symmetric manifolds and may appear useful in investigation of different models of brane universes.
