Set, Reset, and Retention Times for Ionic and Filamentary Mem-Resistors

Abstract

A dynamic systems model has previously been proposed for mem-resistors based on a driven damped harmonic oscillator differential equation describing electron and ionic depletion widths in a thin semiconductor film.
