Abstract
The ideas here are a continuation of a previous article. Some of the applications of the main ideas in the previous article are explained, along with some limitations of the general ideas. There are situations where additional hypotheses allow the use of the main ideas in problems that are not immediately accessible.

The paper is a replacement of version 18. Sections 3 and 4 have been edited, in addition to other edits in the first two sections. When there is an isometry from the set of labels to the range of the labeling, it appears that the cardinality of the comparison orbit can be taken as a function of the strength of the labeling
