Abstract
There is no good reason to think that BSM-CP-odd phases(s) will necessarily cause large deviations in B-physics from predictions of the SM. Therefore, residual theory error in extraction of the unitarity triangle can undermine experimental efforts to search for BSM phase(s). We stress that final states containing D0 or D0-bar in decays of charged and neutral B's can yield all the angles of the unitarity triangle with negligble theory error (i.e. O(0.1%)).
