Number Theory 2016-12-06 v1

Abstract

We propose an algorithm determining the primality of numbers M=Apn+wnM=Ap^n+w_n where wnp11(modpn)w_n^{p-1}\equiv1\pmod{p^n} and A<pnA<p^n and give example when p=7p=7. pp th reciprocity law is involved. The algorithm runs in polynomial time in log2(M)\log_2(M) for fixed pp and AA.
