Abstract

Possible existence of (ccˉ)(c\bar{c})-nucleus bound states are examined. We adopt Gaussian potentials for the ηcN\eta_{c}-N and J/ψNJ/\psi-N interactions. The relations between the scattering lengths aa of (ccˉ)N(c\bar{c})-N interactions and the binding energies of ηcNN\eta_{c}-NN, J/ψNNJ/\psi-NN and J/ψ4J/\psi-^{4}He are given. The results show that scattering lengths a0.95a \le -0.95 fm are needed to make ηcNN\eta_{c}-NN and J/ψNNJ/\psi-NN bound states, while for a0.24a \le -0.24 fm there may exist a J/ψ4J/\psi-^{4}He bound state.
