Abstract

We count the number of elements in the set G3(n,x)={M∈GL3(Zn)∣perm(M)≡x(modn)}.G_{3}(n,x) = \{M \in GL_3(\mathbb{Z}_n) \mid perm(M) \equiv x \pmod{n} \}.
