On $\psi$-basic bernoulli-wardian polynomials

Abstract
The wardian solution of any -difference linear nonhomogeneous equation is found in the framework of the generalized finite operator calculus . Specifications to -calculus case and the new one fibonomial calculus case are made explicit.
