Multiplicative complements II

Number Theory 2023-05-08 v1

Abstract

In this paper we prove that if AA and BB are infinite subsets of positive integers such that every positive integer nn can be written as n=abn=ab, aAa\in A, bBb\in B, then limxA(x)B(x)x=\displaystyle \lim_{x\to \infty}\frac{A(x)B(x)}{x}=\infty . We also prove many other results about sets like this.
