Abstract
We establish the pseudo-differential variant of the estimates for multi-linear and multi-parameter Coifman-Meyer multiplier operators proved by C. Muscalu, J. Pipher, T. Tao and C. Thiele in \cite{MPTT1,MPTT2}.
