Generalized homomorphisms and KK with extra structure

Abstract

We develop the approach via quasihomomorphisms and the universal algebra qAqA to Kasparov's KKKK-theory, so as to cover versions of KKKK such as KKnucKK^{nuc}, KKGKK^G and ideal related KKKK-theory.
