Final state interaction in $K\to 2\pi$ decay

High Energy Physics - Phenomenology 2017-08-23 v1

Abstract

Contrary to wide-spread opinion that the final state interaction (FSI) enhances the amplitude <2π;I=0K0><2\pi;I=0|K^0>, we argue that FSI does not increase the absolute value of this amplitude.
