Abstract
We study the role played by the final-state interactions (fsi) in heavy quark decays using Pomeron and Regge exchanges to describe high energy scattering. At center of mass energy , Pomeron dominance does not apply. We study the behavior of the decay amplitudes as is varied close to the B mass. We also investigate the behavior of the decay amplitude as . Our conclusion is that the decay amplitudes approach a real value asymptotically.
