Combinatorial description of Lusztig $q$-weight multiplicity

Abstract
We conjecture a precise relationship between Lusztig -weight multiplicities for type and Kirillov-Reshetikhin crystals. We also define -version of -weight multiplicity for type and conjecture the positivity.
