$C^\infty$ rectifiability of stationary varifolds

Analysis of PDEs 2025-03-04 v1 Differential Geometry

Abstract

In this paper we prove that, for every integers m2m\geq 2 and n1n\geq 1, the support of any stationary mm-dimensional integer rectifiable varifold VV in an open set URm+nU\subset \mathbb R^{m+n} is CC^\infty rectifiable, namely it can be covered, up to an HmH^m-null set, with countably many CC^\infty mm-dimensional graphs.
