Stationary and stable varifolds with singularities

Differential Geometry 2026-04-14 v2 Analysis of PDEs

Abstract

We construct minimal mm-dimensional immersions in Rm+1\R^{m+1}, equipped with a C1,αC^{1, \alpha} metric, α[0,1)\alpha\in [0,1), with a sequence of \emph{catenoidal necks} or \emph{floating disks} converging to an isolated, multiplicity 22, singular flat point.
