Baryons and Nuclei in the Large $N_c$ Limit

Abstract
The relation between the Skyrme model and the constituent quark model, which appears in the large limit is described. Examples of similarity in the predicted phenomenology for baryons are shown. Finally the application to nuclei is discussed.
