Abstract
In this thesis, the properties of mixtures of Bose-Einstein condensates at have been investigated using quantum Monte Carlo (QMC) methods and Density Functional Theory (DFT) with the aim of understanding physics beyond the mean-field theory in Bose-Bose mixtures.
