A note on Seshadri constants on general $K3$ surfaces

Abstract

We prove a lower bound on the Seshadri constant ϵ(L)\epsilon (L) on a K3K3 surface SS with \PicS\ZZ[L]\Pic S \simeq \ZZ[L]. In particular, we obtain that ϵ(L)=α\epsilon (L)=\alpha if L2=α2L^2=\alpha^2 for an integer α\alpha.
