Abstract
Let be an integer and let be a set of nonnegative integers. For a -tuple of positive integers with , we define the additive representation function . For , Moser constructed a set of nonnegative integers such that holds for every nonnegative integer . In this paper we characterize all the -tuples and the sets of nonnegative integers with for every integer .
