The Solubility Graph Associated With a Finite Group

Group Theory 2020-03-04 v1

Abstract

Let GG be a finite group. The solubility graph associated with the finite group GG, denoted by ΓS(G)\Gamma_{\cal S}(G), is a simple graph whose vertices are the non-trivial elements of GG, and there is an edge between two distinct elements xx and yy if and only if x,y\langle x, y\rangle is a soluble subgroup of GG. In this paper, we examine some properties of solubility graphs.
