The quantum black hole in 2+1 dimensions

Abstract
In this paper we investigate the quantum nature of a 2+1 dimensional black hole using the method [arXiv: gr-qc/0504030] which earlier revealed the quantum nature of a black hole in 3+1 dimensions.
