Supersymmetric Calogero models from superfield gauging

Abstract

Using the superfield gauging procedure, we construct new N=2{\cal N}\,{=}\,2 and N=4{\cal N}\,{=}\,4 superfield systems that generalize Calogero models. In the bosonic limit, these systems yield rational Calogero models and hyperbolic Calogero-Sutherland models in the N=2{\cal N}\,{=}\,2 case, and their U(2){\rm U}(2) spin generalization in the N=4{\cal N}\,{=}\,4 case.
