Abstract
Let be a field of arbitrary characteristic, be a domain and . Then (1) All exponential maps of are rigid, and we give a necessary and sufficient condition for the triangularity of . (2) If such that , then is rigid and we give a necessary and sufficient condition for the triangularity of . When is of zero characteristic, is due to \cite{DD} and is due to \cite{KL}.
