Reduced measures associated to parabolic problems

Abstract

We study the existence and the properties of the reduced measures for the parabolic equations tuΔu+g(u)=0\partial_tu-\Delta u+g(u)=0 in Ω×(0,)\Omega\times (0,\infty) subject to the conditions (PP): u=0u=0 on Ω×(0,)\partial\Omega\times (0,\infty), u(x,0)=μu(x,0)=\mu and (PP'): u=μu=\mu' on Ω×(0,)\partial\Omega\times (0,\infty), u(x,0)=0u(x,0)=0 where μ\mu and μ\mu' are positive Radon measures and gg a continuous nondecreasing function
