q-Identities for parafermion theories

Abstract
In this paper we will prove a series of -identities suggested by the realisation of certain conformal field theories by so-called `coupled free fermions'. We will consider -series arising from coupled free fermions constructed by the parafermion coset construction as well as from scaled root lattices, and some interesting relations between the two.
