Abstract
Building on the notion of -integral introduced by Thomae in 1869, we introduce -order statistics (that, is -analogues of the classical order statistics, for ) which arise from dependent and not identically distributed -continuous random variables and study their distributional properties. We study the -distribution functions and the -density functions of the relative -ordered random variables. We focus on -ordered variables arising from dependent and not identically -uniformly distributed random variables and we derive their -distributions, including -power law, -beta and -Dirichlet distributions.
