On pseudobounded and premeager paratopological groups

General Topology 2021-10-13 v2 Group Theory

Abstract

Let GG be a paratopological group. Following F. Lin and S. Lin, we say that the group GG is pseudobounded, if for any neighborhood UU of the identity of GG, there exists a natural number nn such that Un=GU^n=G. The group GG is ω\omega-pseudobounded, if for any neighborhood UU of the identity of GG, the group GG is a union of sets UnU^n, where nn is a natural number. The group GG is premeager, if GNnG\ne N^n for any nowhere dense subset NN of GG and any positive integer nn. In this paper we investigate relations between the above classes of groups and answer some questions posed by F. Lin, S. Lin, and S\'anchez.
