Nilpotent structures of oriented neutral vector bundles

Abstract

In this paper, we study nilpotent structures of an oriented vector bundle EE of rank 4n4n with a neutral metric hh and an hh-connection \nabla. We define HH-nilpotent structures of (E,h,)(E, h, \nabla ) for a Lie subgroup HH of SO(2n,2n)SO(2n, 2n) related to neutral hyperK\"{a}hler structures. We observe that there exist a complex structure II and paracomplex structures J1J_1, J2J_2 of EE such that hh, \nabla, II, J1J_1, J2J_2 form a neutral hyperK\"{a}hler structure of EE if and only if there exists an HH-nilpotent structure of (E,h,)(E, h, \nabla ).
