Abstract
In recent years, the LHCb collaboration has published results on the measurement of several observables associated to semileptonic transitions. Interestingly, various deviations from their expected values in the Standard Model have been found, including some tantalizing hints pointing towards the violation of Lepton Flavor Universality. We discuss New Physics models that address these anomalies and explore their possible connection to the dark matter of the Universe.
