Abstract
Supersymmetric hadrons of the type , and could exist depending on the masses of the gluino and the squarks being in an appropriate range of values. We find the energy levels of and bound states (where denotes a light quark, , or ), as well as the strong interaction transition rates among them, using a Heavy Gluino Effective Theory, much in the same spirit as the well-known Heavy Quark Effective Theory. The results are obtained with greater ease and elegance in comparison to other approaches.
