Divisors of an Integer in a Short Interval

Abstract

Let DnN\mathcal{D}_{n} \subset \mathbb{N} denote the set of the τ(n)\tau(n) divisors of nn. We study the function Dn(X,Y):={dDn: XdX+Y} D_{n}(X,Y):=|\{d \in \mathcal{D}_{n}:\ X \le d \le X+Y\}| for YXY \le X.
