Cohomological Splitting of Coadjoint Orbits

The rational cohomology of a coadjoint orbit ${\cal O}$ is expressed as tensor product of the cohomology of other coadjoint orbits ${\cal O}_k$, with $\hbox{dim} {\cal O}_k< \hbox{dim} {\cal O}$.
