Recently the possible origin of the so-called quark-lepton complementarity relations has received a considerable amount of attention. We point out some of the inherent ambiguities in such analyses.
A recent paper by Bluemer et al. [cond-mat/0609758] again criticizes earlier QMC/DMFT results by Liebsch [Phys. Rev. B {\bf 70}, 165103 (2004)]. This criticism is shown to be unfounded.

The claim in \cite{Al-Badawi:2025ipr} that *"the errors in the foundational components (3) and (5) of Ref. [1] invalidate all subsequent analyses, numerical results, and physical interpretations that depend on them"* is **entirely…
We study relations between subsets of integers that are large, where large can be interpreted in terms of size (such as a set of positive upper density or a set with bounded gaps) or in terms of additive structure (such as a Bohr set). Bohr…

The paper by Bowen, Mancini, Fessatidis, and Murawski (2012 Phys. Scr. {\bf 85}, 065005) demonstrates in a dramatic fashion the serious difficulties that can arise when one rushes to perform numerical studies before understanding the…
We performed a comparative analysis of the arguments of Einstein, Podolsky and Rosen -- EPR, 1935 (against the completeness of QM) and the theoretical formalism of QM (due to von Neumann, 1932). We found that the EPR considerations do not…
F-ABC is introduced, using universal sufficient statistics, unlike previous ABC papers, e.g. Bernton et al. (2019), and avoiding in the approximate posterior artifacts due to a Kernel. The nature of matching tolerance is examined and…
We discuss the (non)effectivity of Arslanov's completeness criterion. In particular, we show that a parameterized version, similar to the recursion theorem with parameters, fails. We also discuss the parameterized version of another…
A review of chiral perturbation theory and that of recent developments on the comparison of its predictions with experiment is presented. Some interesting topics with scope for further elaboration are touched upon.
The complementarity experiment reported in Bertet [{\it{et al.}} (2001), {\it{Nature}} {\bf{411}}, 166.] is discussed. The role played by entanglement in reaching the classical limit is pointed out. Dissipative and thermal effects of the…
Black hole complementarity was a consensus among string theorists for the interpretation of the information loss problem. However, recently some authors find inconsistency of black hole complementarity: large N rescaling and AMPS argument.…
We characterize the semiclosed projections and apply them to compute the Schur complement of a selfadjoint operator with respect to a closed subspace. These projections occur naturally when dealing with weak complementability.
These supplementary notes in the ArXiv are a companion to our paper "Bocher contractions of conformally superintegrable Laplace equations" [arXiv:1512.09315]. They contain background material and the details of the extensive computations…
One of interesting issues in two-dimensional superconformal field theories is the existence of anomalous modular transformation properties appearing in some non-compact superconformal models, corresponding to the `mock modularity' in…
There are several shortcomings in the "standard" Shapiro delay tests of the equivalence principle on cosmological scales \cite{minazzoli:2019pr}. Although many people in the community already acknowledged this in the literature, and…
Many authors have investigated the congruence relations amongst the coefficients of power series expansions of modular forms $f$ in modular functions $t$. In a recent paper, R. Osburn and B. Sahu examine several power series expansions and…
In this note we answer two questions on quasi-Baer modules raised by Lee and Rizvi in J.Algebra (2016).
We study completeness of a topological vector space with respect to different filters on the set N of all naturals. In the metrizable case all these kinds of completeness are the same, but in non-metrizable case the situation changes. For…
