In this paper the authors introduce a new notion called the quantum wreath product, which is the algebra $B \wr_Q \mathcal{H}(d)$ produced from a given algebra $B$, a positive integer $d$, and a choice $Q=(R,S,\rho,\sigma)$ of parameters.…

We give some general results on the ring structure of Hochschild cohomology of smash products of algebras with Hopf algebras. We compute this ring structure explicitly for a large class of finite dimensional Hopf algebras of rank one.

For a finitely generated associative algebra $\cA$ over a commutative ring $k$ we construct the Hilbert scheme ${\bf H}^{[n]}_{\cA}$ which parametrizes left ideals in $\cA$ of codimension $n.$

Using the methods developed in [LQW], math.AG/0009132, we obtain a second set of generators for the cohomology ring of the Hilbert scheme of points on an arbitrary smooth projective surface over the field of complex numbers. These…

We study the relative Hilbert scheme of a family of nodal (or smooth) curves, over a base of arbitrary dimension, via its (birational) cycle map, going to the relative symmetric product. We show the cycle map is the blowing up of the…

We study cup products in integral cohomology of the Hilbert scheme of $n$ points on a K3 surface and present a computer program for this purpose. In particular, we deal with the question, which classes can be represented by products of…

The main result of the paper is a natural construction of the spherical subalgebra in a symplectic reflection algebra associated with a wreath-product in terms of quantum hamiltonian reduction of an algebra of differential operators on a…

Generally the study of algebraic deals with the concepts like groups, semigroups, groupoids, loops, rings, near-rings, semirings and vector spaces. The study of bialgebraic structures deals with the study of bistructures like bigroups,…

Via the transverse Hilbert scheme construction, we associate a holomorphic completely integrable system to a surface $S$ endowed with a holomorphic symplectic form $\omega$ and a projection onto $\mathbb{C}$. We provide a full…

We give a characterisation of Atiyah's and Hitchin's transverse Hilbert schemes of points on a symplectic surface in terms of bi-Poisson structures. Furthermore, we describe the geometry of hyperk\"ahler manifolds arising from the…

We express the product of the cohomology ring of the Hilbert scheme in terms of the center of the algebra of the symmetric group. We give a conjecture for the case of crepant resolutions of symplectic quotient singularities.
