We classify the irreducible components of the space of foliations on Fano 3-folds with rank one Picard group. As a corollary we obtain a classification of holomorphic Poisson structures on the same class of 3-folds.

We prove that any weakly triholomorphic map from a compact hyperk\"ahler surface to an algebraic K3 surface defined by a homogeneous polynomial of degree 4 in $\mathbb{C}P^3$ has only isolated singularities.

In this survey on combinatorial properties of triangulated manifolds we discuss various lower bounds on the number of vertices of simplicial and combinatorial manifolds. Moreover, we give a list of all known examples of vertex-minimal…

Let $S$ be a ruled surface inside a smooth threefold $W$ and let $E$ be a vector bundle on a formal neighborhood of $S.$ We find minimal conditions under which the local moduli space of $E$ is finite dimensional and smooth. Moreover, we…

We study fourfolds with trivial canonical bundle which are zero loci of sections of homogeneous, completely reducible bundles over ordinary and classical complex Grassmannians. We prove that the only HyperK{\"a}hler fourfolds among them are…

We prove that triangulations of homology spheres in any dimension grow much slower than general triangulations. Our bound states in particular that the number of triangulations of homology spheres in 3 dimensions grows at most like the…

Under suitable assumptions on the base field, we prove that a commutative semisimple Yetter-Drinfel'd Hopf algebra over a finite abelian group is trivial, i.e., is an ordinary Hopf algebra, if its dimension is relatively prime to the order…

The authors give a complete classification of projective threefolds admitting a holomorphic conformal structure. A Corollary is the complete list of projective threefolds, whose tangent bundle is a symmetric square.

In the present paper, we discuss the singular minimal surfaces in a Euclidean 3-space R^{3} which are minimal. In fact, such a surface is nothing but a plane, a trivial outcome. However, a non-trivial outcome is obtained when we modify the…

In this article we deduce criteria for the splitting and the triviality of vector bundles, by restricting them to partially ample divisors. This allows to study the problem of splitting on the total space of fibre bundles. The statements…
