We construct the first example of a lattice on an irreducible Euclidean building that is not residually finite. Conjecturally, the normal subgroup theorem extends to this lattice making it virtually simple.

We provide the first examples of lattices on irreducible buildings that are not residually finite. Assuming that the normal subgroup property holds for them (which is expected) five of the lattices are simple.

Let $\Delta$ be a locally finite thick building of type $\tilde{A}_2$. We show that, if the type-preserving automorphism group $\mathrm{Aut}(\Delta)^+$ of $\Delta$ is transitive on panels of each type, then either $\Delta$ is Bruhat--Tits…

We construct the first examples of chamber-regular lattices on $\tilde C_2$-buildings. Assuming a conjecture of Kantor our list of examples becomes a classification for chamber-regular $\tilde C_2$-lattices on locally-finite $\tilde…

We construct a $40$-dimensional extremal Type II lattice not having any subsets consisting of $40$ orthogonal minimal vectors, and determine the automorphism group. This lattice gives an example different from the $16470$ lattices…

We study lattices on ~A_2 buildings that preserve types, act regularly on each type of edge, and whose vertex stabilizers are cyclic. We show that several of their properties, such as their automorphism group and isomorphism class, can be…
