We prove that the non-nef locus and the restricted base locus of a pseudoeffective divisor coincide on KLT pairs. We also extend to KLT pairs F. Russo's characterization of nef and abundant divisors by means of asymptotic multiplier ideals.

A characterization of nef and good divisors is given: a divisor D on a smooth complex projective variety is nef and good if and only if the asymptotic multiplier ideals of sufficiently high multiples of e(D) D$ are trivial, where e(D)…

We present a non-standard proof of the fact that the existence of a local (i.e. restricted to a point) characteristic-zero, semi-parametric lifting for a variety defined by the zero locus of polynomial equations over the integers is…

The generalized test ideals introduced in [HY] are related to multiplier ideals via reduction to characteristic p. In addition, they satisfy many of the subtle properties of the multiplier ideals, which in characteristic zero follow via…

We study higher jumping numbers and generalized test ideals associated to determinantal ideals over a field of positive characteristic. We work in positive characteristic and give a complete characterization of both families for ideals…

We characterise non-distributive positive logic as the fragment of a single-sorted first-order language that is preserved by a new notion of simulation called a meet-simulation. Meet-simulations distinguish themselves from simulations…

In this article we revisit a new notion of positivity in real semisimple Lie groups that at the same time generalizes total positivity in split real Lie groups as well as positive Lie semigroups in Hermitian Lie groups of tube type. We…

Catalytic equations appear in several combinatorial applications, most notably in the numeration of lattice path and in the enumeration of planar maps. The main purpose of this paper is to show that the asymptotic estimate for the…
