(Vector) Glueballs and Charmonium Decay Revisited

High Energy Physics - Phenomenology 2016-09-06 v1

Abstract

From the 0++0^{++} glueball candidate we argue that the 11^{--} glueball OO to be near in mass to J/ψJ/\psi. This is supported by the recent null search for ψρπ,KKˉ\psi^\prime \to \rho\pi, K^*\bar K, while absence of distortion in the energy scan of J/ψρπJ/\psi \to \rho\pi indicates that ΓOΓJ/ψ\Gamma_O \gg \Gamma_{J/\psi}. OO may also play a role in the OZI violating pˉpϕγ,ϕπ\bar p p \to \phi\gamma, \phi\pi production puzzle.
